Changes to the Vitoria-Gasteiz Tramway Service from Monday 10 August

From Monday 10 August, the Vitoria-Gasteiz tramway will be disrupted along the Parlamento - Angulema section for the works to be carried out by Euskal Trenbide Sarea - Basque Railway Network (ETS). The disruption to the service will continue until the end of the works, scheduled for Sunday 6 September 2026. The Vitoria-Gasteiz’s summer timetable will also come into force on 10 August. 

SUMMER TIMETABLE (10-30 August)

The trams will run every 20 minutes on all lines until 31 August, when they will return to the normal timetable with trams every 15 minutes. 

Euskotren will alter the Vitoria-Gasteiz tram timetable from Monday 10 August, after the end of the Virgen Blanca festivities. From then on, trams will run every 20 minutes on all the lines, except for the Parlamento - Angulema section, affected by the works mentioned above. On Monday 31 August, they will return to the normal frequency of trams every 15 minutes; the regular service is planned to be re-established on Monday 7 September, after completion of the works overseen by ETS.

Euskotren recommends that passengers planning to travel by tram check the times in advance using the official APP or the search engine on the www.euskotren.eus website.
